The advocacy team will work with the City to contact federal <br /> departments/agencies with regard to the City's grant proposals at strategic times in the grant <br /> application cycle, as well as corral the necessary local, regional and federal political support to <br /> improve the probability that the City will succeed in securing funding. <br /> Examples of our funding successes utilizing this strategy for other clients are available in the <br /> "Implementation Plan" section of this proposal. <br /> J. in fulfilling responsibilities under this Agreement, the Consultant will act in the name of the City of <br /> Santa Ana and with the title Washington Representative to the City Manager. <br /> Holland & Knight would consider it a privilege to be your Washington Representative and act in <br /> your name as we perform our services in the nation's capital.
