Trabuco Canyon <br />Tony Painting Garden Grove <br />DISCUSSION <br />The City establishes an annual blanket order list consisting of vendors that provide supplies and <br />services that are required by agencies on a consistent basis. Painting services are required at <br />times by all City departments for the purposes of general maintenance, building modifications, <br />graffiti control, and renovation. <br />Additionally, the Public Works Agency is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the <br />City's water reservoirs, wells, pressure reducing stations and booster stations. Painting of these <br />facilities is necessary to prevent damage due to normal use and exposure to the environment. <br />Exterior painting and coating of reservoirs, pump stations, and the pressure reducing stations <br />help maintain the City's water facilities in good repair. <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on January 16, 2013, and bids were solicited.
