HUIZAR, Clerk of the Council <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />• Mark Mathews, Chairman of the Board for Habitat for Humanity, expressed concern <br />with City's decision to withhold payment on their Disposition and Development <br />Agreement; poses hardship on organization and ability to pay employees; request <br />City Council reconsider decision. <br />COUNCIL RECESSED to Room 147 for Closed Session discussion at 5:07 p.m. <br />CLOSED SESSION ITEMS - The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain matters <br />without members of the public present.
