X012 <br />Q P"Vkce C-n APR 1 1 <br />?? +K6 aOWY FIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, is entered into this 11 day of <br />h'I 79k C° )? , 2012, by and between Norman Knispel (hereinafter "Contractor"), and the <br />City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City"). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. City and Contractor entered into Agreement rrN-2011-051, dated April 20, 2011, by <br />which Contractor has provided professional administrative hearing services (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement"). <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the Parties desire to <br />extend the term of said Agreement for an additional one-year period and increase <br />compensation to pay for additional services during the extended term. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject to all <br />the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except as herein modified, the parties agree as <br />follows: <br />Section 2, COMPENSATION, the relevant portion of subsection (a) shall be amended <br />to increase the compensation by an amount not to,exceed $20.000.00 to pay for additional <br />services provided during the extended term of this Agreement. <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the term of said Agreement for an <br />additional one-year period through May 1, 2013. <br />Except as hereinabove modified, all terms ane conditions of said Agreement shall remain <br />in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> <br />25C-5
