E. HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO.2012-05 Filed by the City of Santa Ana to execute a historic property preservation agreement with James B. and Gretchen Joy Penner for the structure located at 2453 North Riverside Drive. RECOMMENDATION: Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the attached agreement with James B. and Gretchen Jay Penner, property owners for the structure located at 2453 North Riverside Drive, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. MOTION: Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the attached agreements for both items D & E. Commission indicated correction to the resolution regarding "Interim" City Manager should read City Manager.
