2nd Priority- Centennial Park and Heritage Park Continuous Deflective <br />Separation Unit Installation Project <br />3rd Priority - High Density Catch Basin Connector Pipe Screen <br />Installation Project <br />Section 3: The City Council authorizes the Executive Director of the <br />Public Works Agency to submit applications to the OCTA for Measure M2 <br />Environmental Cleanup Program funding in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty <br />Thousand Dollars ($250,000), for the priority 1 and 2 projects, and an application <br />for ECP funding in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000), for <br />the 3?d priority project, to reduce/remove trash from urban runoff. <br />Section 4: The City Council appoints the City Manager, or the <br />Executive Director of the Public Works Agency or his designee, as agent for the <br />City of Santa Ana to conduct all negotiations, execute and submit all documents, <br />as well as applications, agreements, amendments, payment requests and so on, <br />which may be necessary for the completion of the project. <br />Section 5: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its <br />adoption by the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and <br />certify the vote adopting this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this day of , 2013. <br />Miguel A.
