MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br />APRIL 15, 2013 <br />The Special Joint Meeting of the City Council, Planning Commission, Personnel Board, <br />Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission, Environmental and <br />Transportation Committee (ETAC), Historic Resources Commission, Board of Parks <br />and Recreation, Youth Commission, and Workforce Investment Board to hold a Study <br />Session on the AB1234 Ethics Training was adjourned due to lack of quorum. <br />The pre-scheduled AB1234 Ethics Training was conducted. Councilmembers <br />Amezcua, Benavides and Reyna were in attendance, as well as commissioners: Eugen <br />Andres (Personnel Board), Yesenia Godinez (ETAC), Laurence Hitterdale (Historic <br />Resources Commission), Brian Leal (Board of Parks and Recreation), Michael Macres <br />(Personnel Board), Sean Mill (Planning Commission), Phil Bacerra (Planning <br />Commission), Karinna Moreno (Youth Commission), Wendy Tobiska (Board of Parks <br />and Recreation), Dennis Wootan (Personnel Board), Cynthia Rosas (Historic Resources <br />Commission), and Joel Crespo (Planning Commission). <br />The next meeting will be a Special meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at <br />5:00 p.m., immediately followed by a Closed Session meeting at the Southwest Senior <br />Center, 2201 W.
