TaskForce Systems shall <br />not perform services in excess of this amount. <br />Period of Perforinance: April 1, 2013 - December 31, 2013 <br />Note: The total work will take approximately one month to complete maintenance, upgrade, testing and <br />acceptance. <br />Place of Performance: TaskForce Systems offices and SAPD\OCSAC Servers via VPN access <br />Statement of Work <br />1. Background <br />TaskForce Systems is solely owned and operated by'1'y Conway. Ty Conway is the exclusive support provider <br />for the System, Research and Analysis (SRA) International Inc. Case Management System (CMS) and <br />Investigations products. TaskForce Systems is dedicated to providing long term quality technical support, <br />maintenance and enhancement for SRA's CMS and Investigations products. TaskForce Systems also <br />specializes in IT services, consulting and software development. <br />2. Work to be Performed <br />Task 1- Maintain, upgrade and patch the systems current capabilities <br />TaskForce Systems will maintain, upgrade and patch the current SRA CMS system capabilities. <br />The following specific tasks will be completed in order to implement Item 1: <br />• Backup existing databases and system code. <br />• Apply upgrades and patches to current system. <br />• Configure upgraded capabilities. <br />• Test upgrades and patches to current system.. <br />• Train the trainer on the upgraded system. <br />3.
