I also noticed someone stamped the agreement requiring insurance. I <br />spoke to the COA and we agreed it would not require insurance as the vendor is never going to <br />be on site and the attorney signed it under those conditions. Can you get the insurance <br />stamp removed. I will try and get you the sole source by tomorrow at the latest.
