Hemet $318,962.00 <br />A total of eight bids were received and deemed responsive, with Hondo Company submitting the <br />lowest responsive bid. Their $172,915 bid is 8 percent under the $187,740 Engineer's Estimate. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the recommended action is exempt <br />from further review. Categorical Exemptions Environmental Review Nos. 2008-167 (Project 11- <br />2606) and 2013-32 (Project 13-7515) were filed for these projects. In addition, a Certification of <br />Categorical Exemption and a Statutory Worksheet have been prepared in accordance with the <br />National Environmental Policy Act. <br />23A-2
