A copy of this listing was given to your on-site Supervisor, who has <br />had seven (7) calendar days to correct the documented deficiencies and meet the contractual <br />standards. <br />This Agreement Discrepancy letter is to notify you that continued deviation from performance <br />standards has occurred.
