ABM <br />Building Value <br />oversee the entire operation, the company adds a formal <br />security services subsidiary, ABMI Security Services. <br />1972 The stock of the Company is listed on the New York Stock <br />Exchange <br />1982 The company moves into several more cities, marked by ABM's <br />parking services assuming management of its first parking <br />garage in New York City, and the lighting subsidiary opening <br />branches in Dallas and Denver.
