The project will <br />include the removal and replacement of existing <br />concrete streets. Various replacement pavement <br />strategies will be investigated to determine the most <br />cost effective and maintainable treatment. Minor <br />concrete repair to severely damaged or missing <br />curbs, gutters, sidewalks and wheelchair ramps will <br />also be included. In 2007, the <br />City embarked on an extensive citywide improvement <br />plan to rehabilitate the majority of the network.
