Introduction Acire is pleased to present its qualifications, experience and secure bike parking products for the City of Santa Ana's consideration. Acire has partnered with Tolar Manufacturing for this opportunity. Acire's response includes solutions for 12 and 24 secure bike parking facilities, summary of pricing in an a-la- cart fashion, implementation plan with schedule and deliverables and summary of BikeConnect's software and services.
