D. Issuance of State Review Decision. <br />The State review will be limited to violations of the WIA, implementing WIA regulations or <br />the grant agreement, This review shall be limited to the record established at the LWIA <br />hearing. <br />V. Procedures for Handling Discrimination Complaints by <br />Participants. <br />A. Complaints on the basis of race, color, or national origin, age, sex, religion, political <br />affiliation or belief, retaliation, and citizenship, where appropriate, must be filed within 180 <br />days of the alleged occurrence. <br />1.
