2. The Complainant must file his /her appeal as a request for review directly with the Chief <br />WID within ten (10) calendar days after the receipt of the Santa Ana LWIA's decision. <br />3. The Chief -WID, shall issue a decision no later than thirty (30) calendar days after receipt <br />of the request for review. <br />4. After the complainant has received a decision or no decision has been received from the <br />Director of Employment Development Department (on behalf of the Governor), the <br />complainant has the right to appeal his /her complaint within thirty (30) calendar days to <br />the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) with the Department of Labor. <br />18 <br />EXHIBIT C <br />2501-95 <br />
