VI. Authority, Renewal, and Termination <br />1. This MOU will terminate after the completion of the project, and may be <br />renewed thereafter by an exchange of letters (email acceptable) and upon <br />a comprehensive review of mutually agreed upon goals and objectives. <br />2. This MOU may be renewed as long as the parties agree to and fulfill their <br />responsibilities under this memorandum through mutual consent. <br />VII.
