A -2008 -313 <br />I AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF <br />2 OC ANIMAL CARE SERVICES <br />3 BETWEEN <br />4 COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />5 AND <br />6 CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />7 JANUARY 1, 2009 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2009 <br />8 <br />9 THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 1st day of January 2009, which date is enumerated for <br />10 purposes of reference only, is by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of the <br />11 State of California (COUNTY) and the CITY OF SANTA ANA, a municipal corporation (CITY).
