FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR <br />LAW ENFORCEMENT HELICOPTER SERVICES <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AND THE <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />This First Amendment to Agreement is entered into this First day of May, 2013, <br />which date is enumerated for purposes of reference only made by and between the City <br />of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "CITY ", and <br />the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter <br />referred to as "COUNTY ", to amend that certain Agreement between the parties <br />commencing July 1, 2012 hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement ". <br />1. In accordance with Section 4.01 of ANNUAL FLIGHT HOURS, COST and <br />PAYMENT of the Agreement, Exhibit "A" is amended effective July 1, 2013 as attached <br />hereto. <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement, to the extent that they are not in conflict with <br />this FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, remain unchanged. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
