SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes the Police Chief, or his designee to <br />convey the subject law enforcement equipment to the City of Sonsonate, including transfer via <br />use of volunteer intermediaries, on terms as may be acceptable to the Finance Director, or his <br />designee and the City Attorney. Such terms shall include an agreement and release from <br />liability. <br />SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be effective upon adoption. <br />ADOPTED this day of June, 2013. <br />Miguel A.
