Adding, in alphabetical sequence, the following full time classification title <br />at the monthly seventeen -step salary rate range indicated: <br />Classification Title 17 -Step Salary Rate Range Effective 7/1/13 <br />SRR Monthly Salary <br />Minimum - Maximum <br />Community Development Manager (MM) MM -26 $8961 - $13300 <br />C. Designating the newly created classification title of Development Manager <br />as Middle Management by assigning the parenthetical identifier "(MM)" after this <br />classification title. <br />Section 4: That Section 3 Designation of Administrative Management Classes <br />and the Assignment of Such Classes to Salary Rate Ranges of Resolution No. 96 -095, <br />as amended, be further amended by deleting the following full time classification title at <br />the monthly five -step salary rate range indicated: <br />Classification Title 5 -Step Salary Rate Range Effective 7/1/13 <br />SRR Monthly Salary <br />Minimum - Maximum <br />Workers' Compensation Administrator (AM) AM735 $7535 - $9161 <br />Section 5: That except as amended by this Resolution, all other provisions of <br />Resolution Nos. 82 -110, 91 -066 and 96 -095, as amended, shall remain in full force and <br />effect. <br />Section 6: This Resolution shall be operative from and after July 1, 2013. <br />ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 2013. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Sonia R.
