This deposit shall be released upon request after the Certificate of Completion or Certificate of Occupancy is issued. PIPELINE PROJECT FEES PER RESOLUTION NO. 2009-018 GENERAL PROVISIONS Unless otherwise provided, payment of fees and charges as established herein shall be made to the Executive Director of the Planning and Building Agency or his/her authorized representative at the time of initial application or request for the permit or service for which a fee is charged or imposed. No permit shall be issued to any person, firm or corporation unless all fees therefore have been paid in full. Exception: Waiver of Fee No permit or plan check fees required by this resolution will be charged for public improvement projects performed by construction contractors and subcontractors pursuant to contract with the City of Santa Ana or the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana nor for any work performed by employees of the City in the course of their employment. However, this fee waiver does not exempt any party from obtaining a permit for such work nor exempt such party from conforming to the procedures established by the City nor from compliance with all applicable City and State ordinances regulating such work. 46
