HUIZAR, Clerk of the Council <br />MAYOR PULIDO <br />BEAR SUMMERS, Police Chaplain <br />CLOSED SESSION REPORT - See report under Agenda Item 19A. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />• Madeline Spencer, thanked City Council for moving forward with Strategic Plan; slow <br />transition, but important to have transparent process; proud of progress made by <br />staff and commitment by City Council. <br />Juan Carlos Macedo, supports open space, libraries, and recreational programs that <br />will help the youth in our community; increasing programs with balance City and <br />deter crime. <br />Matt Southgate, congratulated recently elected Councilwoman Amezcua who won <br />seat without campaigning; City to focus on quality of life issues. <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 4 MAY 20, 2013
