Award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder, Hondo <br />Company, Inc., in accordance with the base bid, totaling $172,915, <br />for the construction of Fisher Park Butterfly and Bird Habitat, and <br />Centennial Park Slope Rehabilitation projects. <br />2. Approve the Cost Analysis for a total estimated project delivery <br />cost of $224,770. <br />AGREEMENTS <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute the following agreements, subject to non-substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney and/or <br />actions as noted on the Request for Council Action report.
