Prior to installation of windows, applicant shall prepare a sample window <br />showing proposed window detail. Window installation shall be reviewed and <br />approved by staff. <br />9. Provide details of the mailbox or "gang box" to be installed. Such box shall <br />be enclosed in a decorative pedestal to match architecturally with the <br />proposed buildings. <br />10. Paving at driveway entrance and garage aprons shall match the proposed <br />walkway paving of colored concrete, medium acid washed finish. <br />11. All utility meters and boxes shall be placed in vaults below grade. Any <br />above grade meter and/or box shall be reviewed by the Planning Division <br />Manager to ensure all options have been reviewed. <br />• 12. Common area improvements shall be installed, inspected, and approved <br />prior to the utility release of the first unit. <br /> <br />
