Exhibit A <br />SCOPE {}f SERVICES —Koxdn'riro Educational Solutions Inc. <br />Provider shalt conduct Educational classes for children 6^l1 year olds. <br />/\� Math Solutions class will consist of3 weeks session, held 2 clays per week, 4j minutes per day- <br />$46/por 3 week session, A separate, one time per session testing/material fee of $ 10 shall be paid <br />directly toProvider. <br />8, Reading Solutions class will consist of 3 weeks, held 2 days per week, 45 minutes per day. <br />Q40/o*r3 week session, /\ separate, one time per session testing/material fee of $lA shall bwpaid <br />directly LoProvider <br />C, Classes will ke throughout the your� <br />D. Provider and City staff shall mutually agree upon a schedule for classes, including the location, <br />specific days and hours when class will h* held and holidays toboobserved. <br />E.
