RESOLUTION 2013-031 <br />REVENUEFY 13-14 <br />ACCOUNTDEPARTMENT/MISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICEUNITFEES <br />SECTION IXPLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br />Projects prior to May 18, 2009, shall be subject to the fees indicated in Resolution 2009-018 <br />$15.00 <br />51601160)OCFA Administrative Processing FeeEach <br />$3.24 <br />51601161)Microfilm RecordsEach Sheet <br />$25.98 <br />51630162)Fireworks Stand InspectionsPer Booth <br />$39.91 <br />Refunds <br />Upon written request from the permittee, refunds of permit <br />fees may be made to the permittee in an amount equal to 80% <br />of the permit fee, exclusive of the plan check and issuance <br />fee; except that no permit fees shall be refunded under any <br />of the following circumstances: <br />(1) 180 days has elapsed from the date of the issuance <br /> of the permit <br />(2) inspections have been performed by the Building Safety <br /> Division <br />If a permit has been issued for a project located in an area <br />outside of the jurisdiction of the City, 100% of the permit <br />and plan check fee may be refunded. If a permit has been <br />erroneously issued, 100% of the permit and plan check fee <br />may be refunded. <br />If a plan check fee has been paid and the plan is withdrawn <br />by the applicant prior to the plan check, refunds of plan <br />check fees may be made to the permittee in an amount equal <br />to 100% of the plan check fee in excess of $39.91 paid. <br />In no other case may any plan check fees be refunded. <br />Waiver of Fee <br />No permit or plan check fees required by this resolution will <br />be charged for public improvement projects performed by <br />construction contractors and subcontractors pursuant to contract <br />with the City of Santa Ana or the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana nor for any work performed by <br />employees of the City in the course of their employment. <br />However, this fee waiver does not exempt any party from <br />obtaining a permit for such work nor exempt such party from <br />conforming to the procedures established by the City nor from <br />compliance with all applicable City and State ordinances <br />regulating such work. <br />40 <br /> <br />
