RESOLUTION 2013-031 <br />REVENUEFY 13-14 <br />ACCOUNTDEPARTMENT/MISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICEUNITFEES <br />SECTION IXPLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br />Projects prior to May 18, 2009, shall be subject to the fees indicated in Resolution 2009-018 <br />energy conservation enforcement equal to $22.00 for each <br />1,000 square feet of building area, or fraction thereof, up to <br />4,000 square feet, and $11.00 for each additional 1,000 <br />square feet or fraction thereof. For any plan submitted which <br />is subject to the disabled accessibility requirements of Title 24, <br />California Code of Regulations, a surcharge of 10% of the <br />basic plan check fee shall be required. <br />OSHPD CERTIFICATION FEE <br />51601 <br />53600 <br />Whenever plans are submitted for the construction of specialized <br />medical clinics which require by law certification of compliance with <br />requirements set forth by the Office of Statewide Health Planning <br />and Development (OSHPD-3 certification), a building permit fee will <br />be paid to the Building Official equivalent to 1% of the construction <br />valuation. An additional plan check fee equivalent to .65% of the <br />construction valuation will be paid to the Building Official at the time <br />plans are submitted for plan check.
