19C REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO DESIGN-BUILD STREETLIGHT <br />UPGRADES TO REPLACE OBSOLETE HIGH VOLTAGE <br />STREETLIGHTS SYSTEM - Public Works Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the Public Works Agency to publish a Request <br />for Proposals and invite qualified firms to submit proposals for the <br />design and construction of streetlight upgrades at various city <br />locations where there are obsolete high voltage lighting systems. <br />19D CANCELLATION OF AUGUST 19, 2013 CITY COUNCIL MEETING - City <br />Manager's Office <br />Interim City Manager O'Rourke explained that many cities cancel some <br />meetings during summer, and approval/disapproval is at City Council's <br />discretion.
