Set Public Hearing For_ <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />Receive and file the staff report approving Variance No. 2013-02 as conditioned, Variance No. <br />2013-03 as conditioned and Variance No. 2013-04 as conditioned. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On June 10, 2013, the Planning Commission adopted a resolution approving Variance No. 2013- <br />02 as conditioned to allow a reduction in the minimum lot size, Variance No. 2013-03 as <br />conditioned to allow a reduction in parking, and Variance No. 2013-04 as conditioned to allow a <br />reduction in front, side and rear yard setbacks by a vote of 7:0 in order to construct a new single- <br />family residence at 1919 North Spurgeon Street located in the Two-Family Residential (R2) <br />zoning district. The Planning Commission made no changes to the recommended conditions of <br />approval outlined in the attached staff report (Exhibit A). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />M.
