Set Public Hearing For_ <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2013-02. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On June 10, 2013, the Planning Commission recommended that the City Council adopt an <br />ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2013-02 by a vote of 7:0 to change the zoning <br />of the property from Light Industrial (M-1) to a specific development designation [Specific <br />Development No. 85 (SD-85)], and to create development standards for the McFadden Place <br />Center at 1400-1441 South Village Way and 2100 East Wilshire Avenue. The Planning <br />Commission made no changes to the attached staff report (Exhibit A). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />M.
