We look <br />forward to establishing a rewarding, long-term relationship with you. <br />On the following few pages, you will find a breakdown of the needs that we have uncovered, our <br />proposed solution, some of our key differentiators, detailed pricing, and a checklist that outlines our <br />next steps. <br />Primary Business Mission <br />During our conversations and assessment of the City of Santa Ana's primary business challenges, we <br />discovered the following issues: <br />• To reach a broader audience by streaming public meetings to mobile devices and PC's, while <br />improving the minutes annotation process that will free up time and provide more efficiency's <br />for the Clerks Office <br />Solutions <br />We have discussed some specific ways to address the challenges.
