PROJECT NO. 12 -6605: Westminster Avenue Sewer Main Improvements This work includes the con- struction of approximately 3,314 (LF) of 15" VCP sewer main and appurtenances, in- cluding manholes and sewer laterals. Notice is hereby given BID- DERS that in accordance with the provisions of the California Labor Code, not less than the prevailing rate of per diem wages for each craft or type of worker and mechanic needed to execute the contract in the locality in which the work is to be per- formed, and not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for holiday and overtime work as deter- mined by the Director of In- dustrial Relations of the State of California shall be paid to all workers employed. Each bid shall be accompa- nied by cash, a cashier's or certified check payable to the City of Santa Ana, or bid bond issued by a corporate surety, for an amount not less than ten percent (10 %) of the aggregate of the bid, as a guarantee that the bid- der. will enter into the pro- posed contract rf the same is awarded to him.
