kwaw 1 1 <br />7.0 ANCILLARY FACILITY INFORMATION <br />1. There are approximately 725 police department and jail facility perimeter <br />windows to be cleaned (interior of the window only), <br />2, There are approximately 445 workstations and office desks throughout the <br />police department and jail. <br />3. There are 10 restrooms in the Jail. <br />4. There are 23 medium to small restrooms to be cleaned 5 days -a -week within <br />the police facility, <br />5. Trash cans: There are approximately 512 office /workstation areas that contain <br />10 "W x 10 "D x 15 "H size bullet shaped trash cans, There are approximately <br />115 Peter Pepper 1$ "D x 31 "H fiberglass receptacles with 11 3/4 " openings <br />throughout the interior of the facility , Other open office areas, exterior <br />parking and exterior visitor areas contain 40 Rubbermaid and 55 gallon round <br />Brute trashcans. <br />8.0 PRICE PROPOSAL <br />Proposers shall provide monthly and fiscal year pricing, using the attached Cost <br />Summary From, for janitorial maintenance services. Proposers shall submit all pricing <br />separate from the other elements of their proposal and they should be properly sealed, <br />(Note: The City accepts only F.O.B. Destination Santa Ana, California). <br />9.0 ESCALATION CLAUSE <br />The City requires bonafide proof of cost increases prior to any price escalation <br />adjustment, including any state mandated minimum wage increases. A minimum thirty <br />(30) days advance notice in writing is required to secure such adjustments. No <br />retroactive pricing adjustments shall be considered. The City shall enforce, adjust, or <br />cancel escalating price agreements as it sees fit. The net dollar amount of profit shall <br />remain firm during the period of this agreement. Adjustments increasing the proposers <br />profit shall not be allowed, <br />21 <br />
