Graduation from <br />an accredited college or university with specialization in economics, business <br />or public administration, may be used in combination with experience and <br />training which provide the knowledge, skills and abilities of the job. <br />15.2.4 Sr. Manaqement Analvst <br />Duties: <br />15.2.4.1 Performs responsible and professional staff work <br />to ensure efficient and effective internal operations of administrative and <br />management systems in a large division is achieved. <br />15.2.4.2 Performs complex studies, research and analysis <br />relative to programs. <br />15.2.4.3 Conducts studies of operations, services and <br />program activities and writes reports and recommendations based on analysis of <br />collected data. <br />15.2.4.4 Prepares and monitors department budget, <br />revenues and expenditures, makes revenue projections, performs cost-benefits <br />analyses and acts as liaison between division and Finance. <br />15.2.4.5 Prepares grant applications and monitors grant- <br />funded programs and contracts. <br />15.2.4.6 Assists with management and supervision of <br />special departmental projects, programs and core functions. <br />15.2.4.7 Coordinates and facilitates personnel related <br />activities. <br />15.2.4.8 Develops and revises written procedures to <br />clarify, describe, or create department standards and policies. <br />15.2.4.9 Reviews legislation related to departmental <br />(''wAM0313) 20 of 22 (April 8, 2013)
