Authorization to Apply For Federal Highway Safety <br />Improvement Program Grants <br />July 15, 2013 <br />Page 2 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The City will need to provide 10 percent matching funds for the HSIP grant. The City's Capital <br />Improvement Program for FY 2013/2014 includes $124,115 for traffic safety projects which may <br />serve as a partial match. If the City is successful, grant funds will become available during FY <br />2014/2015.
