Set Public Hearing For_ <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />Receive and file the staff report approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2013-06 as conditioned. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On June 24, 2013, the Planning Commission adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use <br />Permit No. 2013-06 as conditioned by a vote of 5:0 (Alderete and Gartner absent) to allow <br />extended business hours at the new 7-Eleven convenience market at 5210 West First Street, <br />Suite A located in the Arterial Commercial (C5) zoning district. The Planning Commission made <br />no changes to the recommended conditions of approval outlined in the attached staff report <br />(Exhibit A). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />a M.
