This hands-on field experience <br />coupled with the high standards set forth by our company's maintenance supervisors, <br />foremen crew leaders, and administrative staff, assures a superior level of service and <br />reliability. <br />Aurora Farias, President: Ms. Farias' presidency began in 1998. Since that time, she <br />has developed a team of highly qualified, competent personnel to help her achieve the <br />company goals. <br />Rosa M. Lopez, Vice-President/CFO: Ms. Lopez holds a bachelor's degree in Business <br />Administration from Cal State Fullerton and a Master of Management from the University <br />of Phoenix. Rosa has 20 years of experience in financial analysis and has worked in the <br />landscape industry for over 16 years. She currently oversees all the accounting <br />procedures, budgeting, bidding, and administration of the overall business. With her <br />education and managerial background, she has developed new strategies to improve <br />work performance and improve efficiency. Rosa is currently the Responsible Managing <br />Officer for the company's C-27 contractor's license. <br />Noe Farias VP-O erations/Secreta : Mr. Farias has a bachelor's degree in Business <br />Administration from Cal Poly Pomona. Noe has certification in irrigation which consists of <br />repair, install, audit, backflow testing, and smart water. Noe has been with the company <br />since 2005. During that time, he has taken advantage of every learning opportunity <br />within the business. Currently, his responsibilities include managing resources, filling a <br />vacant position of Account Manager in Ventura, and implementing various best practices <br />programs to improve efficiency and streamline costs. <br />25A-68
