Agreement Number: AGREEMENT FOR TRANSFER OR PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT/SERVICES OR FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF TRAINING COSTS FOR FY2012 URBAN AREAS SECURITY INITIATIVE (UASI) BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND <CITY OF SANTA ANA> THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 16th day of January, 2013, by and between the CITY OF ANAHEIM, a municipal corporation (the "CITY"), and CITY OF SANTA ANA (the "SUB-RECIPIENT" or "Contractor"). WHEREAS, this financial assistance is administered by the CITY OF ANAHEIM ("CITY") and is overseen by the California Emergency Management Agency ("Cal- EMA"); and WHEREAS, this financial assistance is being provided to address the unique equipment, training, planning, and exercise needs of large urban areas, and to assist them in building an enhanced and sustainable capacity to prevent, respond to, and recover from threats or acts of terrorism; and 1 20A-6
