Notice of tl~e Contract to Office of Historic Prese~•vation. <br />No later than six (6) months of ej~tering into the contract, the owner or agent of an owner <br />shall provide written notice of this Agreement to the Office of Historic Preservation. <br />13. Amendments. <br />This Agreement may be amended, in whole or in part, only by a written recorded <br />instrument executed by the parties hereto. <br />1~. Effective Date <br />This Agreement shall be effective on the day and year first written above. <br />15.
