In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />project is exempt from CEQA review per Section 15302. The Class 2 <br />exemption allows replacement or reconstruction of a commercial structure with <br />a new structure of substantially the same size, purpose and capacity. <br />Environmental Review No. 2009-65 will be filed for this project. <br />Section 2. The Zoning Administrator of the City of Santa Ana hereby, <br />approves Minor Exception No. 2009-05 as conditioned in Exhibit A attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein.
