• 3. That the move or relocation of the residential structure will comply <br />with the regulations and conditions specified in the zoning district in <br />which the affected lot or parcel is situated. <br />The project is in compliance with all of the R2 residential <br />district's standards and requirements for single family <br />residences. In addition, conditions will ensure all proper <br />permits and clearances are obtained prior to relocation. <br />4. That approval of the permit will not adversely affect the general <br />plan of the city, or any specific plan of the city applicable to the lot <br />or parcel on which the residential structure is proposed to be <br />moved or relocated. <br />The relocation and rehabilitation of the proposed single <br />family is consistent with the General Plan land use <br />designation of Medium Density Residential, allowing a <br />maximum density of 15 dwelling units per acre. The project <br />is also consistent with the City's General Plan goals to <br />preserve historic resources and provide affordable housing <br />• opportunities (Housing Element Goal 3 and Goal 4, <br />respectively). <br />Section 2. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />proposed project has been determined to be a Categorical Exemption per section 15301 <br />as a restoration or rehabilitation of a deteriorated or damaged structure, and per section <br />15332 as an in-fill development project consistent with the General Plan and adequately <br />served by utility/public services. Environmental Review No. 2009-117 will be filed for this <br />project. <br />Section 3.
