General Insurance Requirements: Operator agrees to deposit with City, on or before the effective date of this Agreement, certificates of insurance necessary to satisfy City that the insurance provisions of the Agreement have been complied with and to keep such insurance in effect and the certificates therefore on deposit with City during the entire term of this Agreement.
