20. Can the City please provide a list of key contracts for all of the current <br />subcontractors to the facilities? <br />A. Currently, the parking operator has the following subcontracts: <br />KSteam Cleaning <br />Universal Protection Services <br />Peninsula Pump Corporation <br />Amtech Elevator <br />FujiTech Elevator <br />Terminex <br />TSCM Corporation <br />Specialty Environmental Co., Inc. <br />JPC Maintenance <br />Total Access Company <br />21. Can the City provide the number of supplemental hours that have been billed over <br />the last 12 months? <br />A. On average and excluding the major events that are held in the downtown (Cinco De <br />Mayo and Fiestas Patrias) the supplemental hours billed over the last 12 months averages <br />94 hours monthly. <br />22. Is the City open to $1,000,000 limit per occurrence on vehicle and GKL primary <br />insurance policies if the umbrella policy is $10,000,000 or more? <br />A. Yes, as long as the city is also additional insured on the umbrella policy either by <br />endorsement or by a provision in the policy. <br />23. Who is the current provider of security services? <br />A. The current security services provider is Universal Protection Services. <br />24. Does the current total hours per week for security average 560? If not, what are <br />total average weekly hours? <br />A. Currently, the total hours per week for security services at Structures A, B and C <br />averages approximately 400 hours. <br />25. For clear means of comparison, can the City please present all line items for <br />inclusion in the flat monthly fee? <br />A. The management fee is strictly the fee the parking operator will receive to operate the <br />parking facilities. All other services and materials should be at cost and the operator will <br />not receive any additional compensation for them as they are reimbursable expenses. As <br />an example, the following list are examples of the reimbursable expenses to be <br />accounted for in the pro forma but are not to be included in the management fee: <br />
