ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF ACIRE, INC. <br />Acire, Inc. will provide, or make available from its factory, such information or instruction as <br />is needed to install, service, operate, and maintain its products. <br />Acire, Inc. will provide the replacement parts or materials, freight prepaid, and reimburse <br />distributor for freight charges on returned components, which are warranted. <br />Acire, Inc. will make every attempt to respond to warranty claims within sixty (60) days after <br />the receipt of written request as stated in the WARRANTY: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY reference A. <br />PRODUCT INSTALLER RESPONSIBILITIES <br />Installer is responsible for installing the product in accordance with Acire, Inc. specifications <br />and installation instructions. Installer is responsible for keeping such records as are <br />necessary to locate the product and determine its installation date. <br />PRODUCT OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES <br />Owner is responsible for communication expenses, meals, lodging, and incidental costs <br />incurred by the owner or employees of the owner as a result of warrantable failure. <br />Owner must give notice of a warranted failure and deliver the product to a Acire, Inc. <br />Authorized Distributor or to Acire's service department in Irvine, CA. <br />ADDITIONAL WARRANTY LIMITATION <br />Acire, Inc. is not responsible for products, which have failed as a result of owner or <br />operator abuse or neglect, such as lack of maintenance, product alteration, overload, <br />accident, or other causes beyond its control. <br />Acire, Inc. does not warrant the product when it is used with accessories not approved by <br />Acire, Inc. or when other than genuine Acire, Inc. replacement parts have been installed on <br />the product. <br />Acire, Inc. does not warrant accessories supplied by Acire which bear the name of another <br />company, beyond the warranty provided by that company. <br />Acire, Inc. does not warrant the paint finish if documentation cannot be provided as to the <br />cleaning frequency of the product painted and the product has not been cleaned with a <br />cleaner approved by Acire, Inc. or if the product has been damaged due to etching, graffiti <br />or other vandalism. <br />Acire, Inc. shall not be responsible for expenses due to owner's requirements, inspections, <br />or modification of components, or other handling requirements. <br />Acire, Inc. shall not be responsible for parts returned without prior authorization or without <br />
