Section 2. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby authorizes the <br />City Manager or his designee to execute all necessary documents related to the sub- <br />grant with the State of California, Workforce Investment Division. <br />Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its <br />adoption by the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the <br />vote adopting this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this 15" day of July, 2013 <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Sonia Carvalho, City Attorney <br />By: /. _ <br />Lisa E.
