Sec. 41-633. Same--Filing; form and content. <br />Application for conditional use permit, variance or minor exception shall be in <br />writing and filed in the city planning department upon forms provided by the department and shall <br />include the following information: <br />(a) A full statement of the special circumstances and conditions relied <br />upon as grounds for application. <br />(b) An outline of the proposed use, including adequate plans and a legal <br />description of the property involved. <br />(c) For public notification required for any public hearings the provisions <br />of Santa Ana Municipal Code section 2-153(c) shall apply. <br />(d) Each application shall be signed by the record owner or agent for the <br />owner if notarized certificate of power of attorney is filed with the application. <br />Section 35. Section 41-634 of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is <br />amended to read in full as follows: <br />Sec. 41-634. Same--Filing fees. <br />Every application under this chapter for a minor exception, variance, conditional <br />use permit or appeal to the planning commission or city council shall be accompanied by a filing <br />fee. No application shall be accepted for filing without the required fee, except that all <br />governmental agencies are exempted from the fee requirement. The city council shall from time to <br />time by resolution adopt a schedule of fees to be charged, a copy of which shall be maintained in <br />the office of the planning department. <br />Section 36. Section 41-635 of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is <br />amended to read in full as follows: <br />Sec. 41-635. Hearing on application--Hearing date. <br />Upon the filing for a minor exception, variance or conditional use permit, the director <br />of planning shall set the application for public hearing at a regular or an adjourned meeting which <br />is to be held not less than seven (7) days nor more than forty-five (45) days after the filing date. <br />Section 37. Section 41-636 of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is <br />amended to read in full as follows: <br />Sec. 41-636. Same--Notice of hearing. <br />33 <br />11 A-35
