Include design, materials, condition, alterations, size, setting, and boundaries.) <br />This Spanish Colonial Revival styled home is eastern facing on Poinsettia Street. The structure is topped by a flat roof with a <br />parapet of various heights and a front facing gable over the porch. The porch is capped with dads red clay barrel tiles and <br />has symmetric openings on either side of the porch entryway that both have rounded tops and stucco surrounds. Similar <br />openings are on either side of the porch. Two stuccoed chimneys are on the house, one to the front area on the north side <br />of the house, and the other on the south side. Symmetrical windows are on either side of the porch, but with small surrounds, <br />but do not appear to be original window styles. A single story garage in a snatching architectural style sits to the rear of the <br />property. A decorate wrought iron gate spans the ribbon drive. <br />'P3b.
