Traditional High Density Walk Ups <br />Genesis continued its involvement in more traditional wood-frame three-to four-story garden walk- <br />ups like LaCosta Villas with Invesco as advisor to New York Slate Teachers Retirement System. <br />Value Added Acquisitions and Urban Planning <br />Genesis is well-known as a national developer with experience in all aspects of multifamily housing, <br />ranging from low-rise traditional walk-ups and four-story urban products to high-rise developments, <br />both for rent and forsale. <br />Genesis also used its expertise in development and property management to acquire assets that were <br />undervalued or could be upgraded as value-add opportunities. One example is the Treasures.
