approved several actions to facilitate the development of an affordable housing project, located <br />in the Station District, which would enhance the Lacy Neighborhood and support the transit <br />vision for the area. Related California/Griffin Realty Corporation (Santa Ana Station District, <br />LLC) was the master developer and responsible for the rental homes, while City Ventures is the <br />developer of the for-sale housing component. The project includes 114 rental units in <br />apartment and townhome building types; all but two (manager units) will be available to <br />persons at or below 50% of the adjusted median income (AMI). The for-sale component <br />includes 24 units; five of the units will be designated for moderate income households. Both <br />the rental and for-sale units are located on a total of approximately six acres of land. <br />year with a waiting list already underway. <br />The rental homes called Triada at the <br />Station District located mainly in the <br />area of Santa Ana Boulevard and <br />Lacy Street, a few blocks east of the <br />downtown area includes 74 podium <br />apartment units (including retail and <br />child care components), twenty-five <br />new construction units and <br />approximately 10 rehabilitated <br />structures containing 15 units.
